Learn to just be and relax – Namaste

I reflect a lot on my life and my actions. I think that the one thing I have learned about myself is that it is important to take time to rest and slow down. I personally cannot do it on a regular basis, but every now and then it is exactly what I need.

I have realized when I start my day with Meditation and Exercise it makes the foundation of the day perfect. Who thought that it was a good practice when we always hear the important that food is for our body. We sometimes forget that it is important to do this for our mind as well.

I think that this is part of my resolution for 2017. I started this past week and I can tell you it is a notable difference. I realize the grounding is key for me to be happy.
